Join our vibrant team at Thirst Bar Soho, a friendly local late-night independent cocktail bar in the heart of Soho. This dynamic role as a Floor Staff / Barback is crucial for maintaining our high standards both behind the bar and in the front of house.

  • Provide essential support to our bartenders, ensuring the bar area operates seamlessly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels to contribute to an efficient and organized environment.
  • Actively contribute to creating an excellent and welcoming customer experience.
  • Assist with general floor duties, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in our bustling and energetic Soho atmosphere. If you are a strong, customer-focused team player with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply.
