Ambrosia is looking for an experienced, confident and passionate Bar Manager / Head Bartender to take the lead behind the bar and help run our Richmond venue. This is a hands-on role for someone who can make exceptional cocktails while also taking responsibility for the smooth running of the bar during their shifts., As our Bar Manager / Head Bartender, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the bar and running shifts from Wednesday to Saturday
- Preparing cocktails quickly, consistently and to a high standard
- Leading and supporting the bar team during busy services
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service
- Opening and closing the venue
- Cashing up and end-of-night procedures
- Monitoring stock levels and keeping the bar organised
- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and service standards
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and bringing energy to the venue
- Taking ownership of the bar when on shift
You'll need strong previous cocktail and bartending experience, along with the confidence to take charge of a shift.
