Part-time | Weekend availability | Waterloo, London Tonight Josephine Waterloo is looking for fun, confident and energetic Bartenders to join our team! We're all about great cocktails, big personalities and giving our guests a night they'll never forget. If you love working in a fast-paced bar, enjoy being around people and know how to bring the party, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Mixing and serving cocktails, drinks and shots to a high standard
- Delivering friendly, confident and memorable service to every guest
- Working quickly and efficiently during busy service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Working closely with the wider bar and floor team
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency and quality
- Helping create the fun, energetic atmosphere Tonight Josephine is known for
- Going above and beyond to make sure every guest has an amazing night
- Following all licensing, health, safety and responsible-service requirements
We're looking for people who are:
- Confident, outgoing and charismatic
- Friendly and comfortable talking to guests
- Reliable, hardworking and positive
- Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
- A great team player who is happy to get stuck in
- Fast, energetic and able to multitask
- Passionate about cocktails, hospitality and creating great experiences
Previous cocktail bartending and free-pouring experience is preferred but not essential - personality, attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
