Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Bartender to join our team and be part of an exciting, fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Bartender, you will act as an ambassador for our exceptional beverage programme and guest experience. Your passion, personality, and precision will help create memorable moments for every guest, delivering outstanding cocktails and service while maintaining the high standards of Los Mochis.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
- Delivering exceptional guest service at the bar and throughout the restaurant
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock control of the bar
- Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth bar operations during service
- Engaging with guests and making informed recommendations
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the drinks menu and beverage offering
- Handling payments and cashing up responsibly
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and organisation at all times
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, quality cocktail or restaurant bar
- Strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and bar techniques
- Impeccable attention to detail and presentation
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
- Drive and ambition to develop your skills and grow within the team
- A professional approach to service and guest interactions
