As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Working behind the bar, you'll combine excellent drinks knowledge with warm, attentive service, bringing energy and professionalism to every shift in one of Soho's most vibrant restaurants.

You will

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other drinks.
  • Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations where appropriate.
  • Deliver attentive and personable service while maintaining a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere.
  • Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
  • Work closely with the wider Front of House team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Support colleagues during busy service periods and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment.
  • Help create an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
  • We're looking for passionate and energetic Bartenders to join our team, helping us create memorable dining experiences in one of Soho's most vibrant restaurants.

Have at least 1-2 years' experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, or hospitality environment.

  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Hold the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Up to £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) plus a share of credit card tips
