You will be provided extensive training and be expected to achieve execution criteria and consistency. Day to day duties will involve mixology prep of our unique innovative cocktail menu, preparing and setting up for private events, execution during service hours and maintaining the high hygiene and safety policies. You will work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver exceptional standards of service.

Context and Environment
Our Bar Team is key to the experience and theatre of our business, you will be producing and serving drinks at high volume in a fast-paced exciting environment. We are looking for highly skilled Bartenders who have extensive experience in the bar industry. The right candidate will be passionate and always strive to exceed expectations in knowledge and capabilities. This role will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including weekend and late night working. 2 - 3 years experience in a cocktail bar.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in high volume bars, preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
