Location: Bocconcino Mayfair
Contract: Full-time, 45 guaranteed hours per week
Salary: £2,300 NET per month (after tax) + Tips
Bocconcino Mayfair, our iconic Italian restaurant in the heart of London, is looking for an energetic, positive and experienced Bartender to join our team for the busy season.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, confident behind the bar and experienced in a fast-paced premium restaurant environment.
If you have full flexibility to work any day of the week and have no holidays booked until January, we would love to hear from you.
Successful candidates will be invited for a trial, giving you the opportunity to showcase your cocktail-making skills, speed and creativity, as well as your knowledge of spirits, wines and other beverages.

What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
- Strong cocktail-making and shaking skills
- Good knowledge of spirits, wines and beverages
- Positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
