Bartender / Barista - Well founded group - London in City of Westminster

• Preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffees
• Providing warm and friendly service to our guests
• Setting up and maintaining the coffee station throughout the day
• Keeping equipment, counters and work areas clean and organised
• Monitoring stock and supporting ordering where required
• Developing strong knowledge of our coffee, food and drinks offering
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team when needed
• Helping create a relaxed and welcoming daytime atmosphere
• Previous barista experience in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Confident preparing espresso-based drinks to a high standard
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, milk steaming and basic latte art
• Friendly, welcoming personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to work quickly and stay organised during busy periods
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Reliable, positive and comfortable working as part of a team
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and other shifts when required
