We're looking for an energetic and reliable Barback to join our team across Room 86 and MOI Restaurant in Soho. This is a hands-on role supporting our bartenders and wider floor team during busy restaurant and late-night service.,
- Keep the bar fully stocked throughout service
- Replenish spirits, wines, mixers, ice and other supplies
- Collect, wash and polish glassware
- Keep bar and back-of-house areas clean and organised
- Support bartenders during high-volume service
- Assist with deliveries, stock movement and closing duties
- Help ensure the bar is fully reset and ready for the next service
Fast, energetic and comfortable working in a busy environment - Reliable and punctual
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be available for late-night shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Flexibility to work across both Room 86 and MOI
