We are seeking highly motivated barbacks who are eager to receive training to become bartenders in a fast‑paced, exciting environment. The role supports bartenders and floor staff, working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of drinks.
- Assist in the delivery of service during shifts.
- Provide assistance to all service staff.
- Understand and utilise our technology.
- Engage with our products and offer recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and stock areas.
- Ensure the bar is stocked throughout service.
- Prepare and break down the bar after events.
