Bartender - Well founded group - London in City of London

• Prepare cocktails, wine, beer and spirits to specification
• Provide efficient, professional bar service
• Manage high-volume drinks orders during busy periods
• Maintain excellent presentation and consistency
• Set up, restock and close the bar
• Monitor stock and help reduce waste
• Follow licensing, allergen, hygiene and responsible-service procedures
• Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for service
• Support the wider front-of-house team when needed
  Temper Restaurants is looking for a confident, experienced Bartender to join our front-of-house team. Our restaurants welcome a varied mix of corporate lunches, after-work drinks, dinners and group bookings. We're looking for someone who can deliver friendly, professional service and make consistently high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment., Previous experience in a cocktail bar or busy restaurant
• Confidence preparing classic and contemporary cocktails
• Good knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• An organised approach and the ability to work at speed
• Clear, confident communication with guests and colleagues
