We're looking for a confident and energetic Bartender / Barista to join our growing team at Break The Fast London. With a strong brunch focus and expanding evening service, this role is perfect for someone who can deliver exceptional coffee by day and great drinks by night.
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (including weekends)
What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality coffee (espresso-based drinks) with consistency
- Creating latte art (heart/tulip minimum standard)
- Serving cocktails, soft drinks, and brunch beverages
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a great atmosphere
- Managing bar setup, stock, and cleanliness
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Bartender/Barista
- Strong coffee skills (dialling in espresso, milk texturing, latte art)
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Flexible to work weekends
