- Report to the Bar Manager and work alongside all departments in launching successfully the operation
- Develop new cocktails in line with the Bar's concept and team
- Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times
- Participate actively in the run of the Bar and floor
- The Bartender will be a very passionate individual; will have bags of charisma and will be a team player with a pro-active and to-do attitude. The role requires a flexible individual, happy to work late evenings, and experienced with the role for at least 2 years.
