- Preparing cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to specification
- Providing efficient and professional bar service
- Managing high-volume drinks orders during busy periods
- Maintaining excellent presentation and consistency
- Setting up, restocking and closing the bar
- Monitoring stock levels and reducing waste
- Following licensing, allergen, hygiene and responsible-service procedures
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for service
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team when required
