We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking bar staff to join our team at The Jago. The role involves serving customers efficiently, taking payments, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring the bar remains fully stocked throughout service. As our venue can get busy, candidates should be able to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing garnishes such as limes and oranges
- Restocking products as needed
- Completing daily checklists
- Keeping the bar clean and tidy at all times
Basic cocktail knowledge is preferred, including the ability to make simple drinks such as an Aperol Spritz and Negroni, although many of our cocktails are served on tap. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous bar experience is beneficial but not essential for the right person who is willing to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, fun working environment.
