As a Bartender at Terra Rossa, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while providing friendly, professional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You'll work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure every guest enjoys excellent service from start to finish.,
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar or as waiter
- A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A team player who is reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
