We're looking for talented, energetic bartenders who love great drinks and even better hospitality. What you'll be doing
- Crafting our signature cocktails and classics to a consistently high standard
- Delivering fast, friendly and polished service in a busy, high-volume environment
- Working across our spaces, from rooftop and dining to VIP and club bars
- Keeping your station clean, stocked and organised throughout service
- Supporting private hire events, brunches and special occasions
- Handling payments accurately through our Toast POS system
Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant or club (cocktail experience a strong plus) - Speed, accuracy and calm under pressure
- A warm, confident personality and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late nights
- A team player who takes pride in high standards
- Right to work in the UK
