What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable bar service in a high‑energy rooftop environment.
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine to brand and spec.
- Engaging with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing.
- Working efficiently during high‑volume services, parties, and special events.
- Maintaining a clean, well‑stocked, and organised bar at all times.
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Supporting the wider team to keep service running smoothly.
- Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and pride to every shift.
