Flexible working pattern so every weekend off request isn't a no. Closed Sunday evenings because it's the worst shift in the world and we like to go to the pub like normal people. Closed over Christmas. No silly early starts or silly late finishes.
Cracking staff brekkie & staff lunch. Proper knees up every 3 months. Staff trips to distilleries & vineyards.
You must have relevant experience working in solid independent restaurants at senior bartender/bar supervisor level.
