Responsibilities
- Crafting Beverages: Skillfully mix a diverse range of drinks using ingredients such as liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every pour.
- Guest Service Excellence: Proactively take and serve beverage orders from customers or wait staff, offering knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences, and providing a positive, friendly guest experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Accurately balance cash receipts and manage transactions, verify the legal age of customers by checking identification, and maintain a well-stocked and pristine bar area with all necessary supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, and glassware.
