We are looking for a confident, reliable and friendly Bartender to join our team and take responsibility for the bar during evening service. The role will include managing the till, preparing and serving drinks and cocktails, serving wine and other beverages, and keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and professional service.
- Have previous experience working behind a bar.
- Be confident preparing cocktails and a variety of drinks.
- Have good customer service and communication skills.
- Be organised, reliable and able to work efficiently during busy services.
- Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
