- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages to a high standard.
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to all guests.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the drinks menu and make recommendations when required.
- Follow cocktail recipes, presentation standards and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene behind the bar.
- Assist with bar preparation, stock rotation, replenishment and closing duties.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Work effectively as part of a busy bar team.
- Support senior team members during busy service periods.
- Follow all company health, safety and licensing procedures.
- Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
