Bartender / Barista - First Restaurant Group - London

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well maintained, including washing glassware and utensils.
Follow food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments and change.
Work with kitchen staff to support timely food service where required.
Monitor beverage and supply inventory and report shortages to management.
Follow the establishment's policies regarding age restrictions for alcohol service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and an understanding of food safety practices. You should be confident working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and creating a welcoming experience for guests., Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
Strong basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling.
The ability to manage time effectively and remain organised in a busy setting.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for serving others.
Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous, although training will be provided.
