We are looking for a Bartender and Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team and help deliver friendly, efficient service.
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide attentive table service.
- Maintain clean, organised bar and dining areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
- Support stock checks, replenishment, and opening or closing duties when required.
- Respond professionally to customer requests and feedback.
Previous bar or waiting experience is desirable, along with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm during busy service periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays may be required.
