- Support bartenders during busy service periods.
- Keep the bar fully stocked with spirits, beers, wines, soft drinks, ice and other supplies.
- Prepare and replenish garnishes, glassware and bar ingredients.
- Collect, wash and polish glassware throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, storage areas and equipment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the bar team when supplies are running low.
- Help with deliveries, stock rotation and storage.
- Remove empty bottles, rubbish and used glassware efficiently.
- Assist bartenders with service to ensure smooth and fast operations.
- Follow company health, safety, hygiene and licensing procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a busy and supportive team.
- Provide assistance wherever required to help deliver an excellent guest experience.
