Our Bar Support team members are the backbone of the bar! Keeping everything stocked, prepped, and running smoothly so the team can deliver smooth, seamless service. Supporting fast, friendly, and memorable bar service in a high-energy rooftop environment. Bar Arriba is a bright and buzzing West London rooftop bar and restaurant, serving Mexican-inspired bites and cocktails for unforgettable good times. Arbour is the heart of Olympia Roof Garden, a vibrant rooftop space made for celebrations, great food, and big moments.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation of the bar and service to guests
- Engaging with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing
- Working efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Supporting the wider team to keep service running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in large volume hospitality, whether that’s stadiums, events or the local pub
- A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy services
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support the wider venue
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event times
