As Bar Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation, organisation and performance of the bar within your venue.
The role focuses on leading the bar team, maintaining exceptional standards at all times, and managing all bar and wine-related operations, including ordering, stock control, stock counts and Market Man administration.
You act as the key operational link between the bar team, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages team.
This is a development-focused position, designed to support your growth as the business evolves.
