- Able to demonstrate sound skills in all areas of bar knowledge and practice
- A Bar Manager looking to take your next career step and challenge yourself in a large volume business
- Able to work closely alongside the General Manager to develop the outstanding offer
- An effective communicator who can lead by example, coach and develop their team
- An ambitious manager who has a desire to be a part of an independent group and expanding brand, leading by example
