Ambrosia is seeking an experienced Bar Manager / Head Bartender to lead the Richmond venue, crafting exceptional cocktails and ensuring smooth bar operations during shifts. You will run shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, train and motivate a small team, and uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
This hands-on role requires confidence behind the bar, outstanding customer skills, and the ability to own the venue during your shift, from opening to closing.
