Talent Lead/Internal Recruitment Manager at the Klinsmann Partnership (Bar Juice 5000 and SNÜ)
Location: On-site, Leicester City Centre
Salary: £8-12.50 per hour
Employment type: Permanent / Part-time
Working hours: 16 hours a week spread across different shifts between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Sunday (with a view to potentially increasing hours). Additional cover shifts may be required.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the shop (typically you will be running the shop on your own during your shift)
- Delivering outstanding sales results through a combination of strong customer service and upselling/cross-selling
- Answering customer queries
- Stock replenishment
Qualifications & Attributes
- Retail experience – essential. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently.
- Experience in electronic cigarettes/vaping is an advantage but is not essential; training will be provided.
- Hard working, friendly, and able to hit the ground running.
- Excellent customer service skills.
