We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join Bar Hill Primary School. You will work closely with teachers and our teaching assistant team to provide high quality support for our children. The role will include working with pupils on a one-to-one basis, leading group interventions and providing cover for teaching staff when required. You will find this to be a rewarding role and you will enjoy being part of a welcoming and supportive team. An element of your duties will also include preparation of fantastic teaching resources/class displays. You will be responsible to the Headteacher.

- Will have achieved GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent alongside a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards this).
- Will possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team.
- Demonstrates an understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues.
