About the Role
As a Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen operations as well as being in charge in his absence, by organizing and prioritizing the workload to meet targets and deadlines. You will lead by example, setting high standards and expectations for your team and delivering a guest experience in line with the company vision and values. By providing clear direction, offering guidance, and motivating the team, you will help them reach their full potential.
About You
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous level
- A natural leader with passion for hospitality and comfortable managing people
