About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll run your own section with precision and pride, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes using the best seasonal and sustainable produce. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

  • Leadership experience or skills in supervising kitchen staff is advantageous
