About the Role
You will assist the General Manager on a daily basis to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly at all times by organising and prioritising the workload in order to meet targets and deadlines. You will lead by example, setting high standards and expectations for your team and delivering a guest experience in line with the company vision and values. By providing clear direction, offering guidance, and motivating the team, you will help them reach their full potential.
About You
- Proven experience as Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager
- A natural leader with passion for hospitality, wine and people
- Charismatic, organised with an approachable personality
- Focused in quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction with a “hands on” approach
- Dynamic with the ability to adapt and multitask
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial aspects
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop your career
From £42,500 up to £45,500 per year + additional surplus tronc bonus scheme
