Come and be a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in South Mimms/Potters Bar. As the friendly face of our hotel, use your customer service skills to welcome guests. Help them rest easy from the moment they check in – be it making a cocktail, serving a meal or joining up with the housekeeping team to get rooms perfect. Immediate start, no experience needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Join our team at Premier Inn South Mimms/Potters Bar as a Front of House Team Member and use your passion for customer service to its full potential.
  • Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Make beverages, serve meals, or assist with other guest services as needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared to standard
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand standards
