About the Role

As the Clinical Manager at Balladong Gardens, you’ll lead the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care that enhances resident wellbeing and supports meaningful living. This permanent part‑time role (Tuesday and Friday, 8am–4pm) is ideal for an experienced clinician living in Perth who is seeking meaningful leadership work in a regional setting while still maintaining their metropolitan lifestyle. York is a manageable commute for two dedicated days each week, offering variety, balance, and the chance to make a real impact in a close‑knit community. You’ll oversee clinical and allied health services, guide assessment and care planning, and ensure compliance with AN‑ACC, Accreditation Standards, and BaptistCare policies. Your leadership will shape practice standards, strengthen clinical governance, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the facility.

Our York team is known for its supportive culture, strong collaboration, and genuine care for residents. Many of our leaders and staff travel from Perth for part‑time or flexible arrangements, making this a welcoming environment for clinicians who enjoy regional work while living in the city.

About You

You’re an experienced clinical leader who brings confidence, compassion, and a strong commitment to person‑centred care. You’ll have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Senior clinical leadership experience in aged care.
  • Strong capability in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of AN‑ACC, aged care legislation, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to interpret clinical and financial reports.
  • Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and Christian identity.
