We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Property to lead the delivery of complex, large scale projects that directly support the wellbeing of the communities we serve.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the delivery of major community housing and seniors property development projects ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and with strong governance and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with cross functional teams and external partners to bring projects to life from approval through delivery and into operations shaping environments that enable high quality care and support. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements across Baulkham Hills and Macquarie Park. Regular travel to our shared services offices and sites is required.

About You:

You are a strategic and commercially astute project leader who thrives in complex, multi stakeholder environments. You bring a balance of technical expertise and people leadership, with a strong commitment to delivering projects that create real impact.

You will bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale property or capital projects
  • Expertise in Design & Construct (D&C) contracts and contractor management
  • Strong commercial, financial, and risk management capability
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and negotiations
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Engineering or similar
  • Ability to lead across multidisciplinary teams and environments
  • Alignment with BaptistCare values
