About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and values-driven Residential Manager to lead Maranoa Centre in the beautiful village of Alstonville on the NSW Far North Coast. What You'll Be Responsible For
As Residential Manager, you will provide visible leadership across all aspects of the home's operations, building on Maranoa's strong foundations and commitment to excellence. You will develop and inspire employees, foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, and drive outstanding quality, compliance, occupancy and financial outcomes. You will also build trusted relationships with residents, families and the wider community, ensuring Maranoa continues to be a home where people feel connected, supported and cared for.
About You
You've successfully led a medium to large residential aged care home and are recognised for your ability to inspire teams, improve performance and create exceptional resident experiences. You’ll also bring:
- A degree qualification in Nursing or Allied Health
- A minimum 5 years' clinical leadership experience
- A minimum 5 years' operational leadership experience within aged care or healthcare
- Demonstrated success leading large multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards and clinical governance
- Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and AN-ACC funding
- Experience leading change, improving quality outcomes and driving organisational performance
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and values-based leadership.
