We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at our Maranoa Centre based in Alstonville. At Maranoa, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care that supports residents to live well with dignity and purpose. You'll build meaningful relationships, assess and respond to changing care needs, develop and review care plans, and provide leadership and support to care staff. About You:
You’re a compassionate, resident‑focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and leads with integrity. You bring strong clinical judgement, confidence in managing care needs, and the ability to support others. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience supervising or supporting care teams.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, person‑centred approach.
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work within your scope.
