Permanent Part time, RN position based at our Durham Green Manor Aged Care Home in Menangle. Working 48 hours per fortnight, Sunday-Tuesday night shifts. About the Role:

Located at Menangle, Durham Green Manor Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour care and support to residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will enable individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that you do and inspiring your team to do the same. In understanding the unique needs and preferences of each resident in your care, you’ll deliver best practice clinical care that leads with heart. You’ll develop genuine connections and build confidence and trust with your resident and their loved ones whilst supervising and leading your team. At BaptistCare we believe in delivering the best possible individualised care by keeping our residents at the centre of all we do, promoting their dignity and protecting their choices. Our unique MyTeam® approach supports care teams to work in partnership with a consistent group of residents, enabling genuine connections and an appreciation for the person, their story and their unique needs. We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $45.64 - $55.27/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Hold experience in a clinical leadership role and the proven ability to work with a team.
  • Understand requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines.
