We are looking for an experienced and people focused Marketing Manager - Retirement Living to lead the marketing strategy, performance and customer experience across our national retirement living portfolio. About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive occupancy, enquiry generation and customer engagement across BaptistCare's Retirement Living portfolio. You will translate customer insights, market trends and business priorities into compelling campaigns and experiences that strengthen our market presence and support sustainable growth. Leading a small, passionate team of marketing specialists, you will balance strategic planning with hands on leadership, ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable outcomes while maintaining alignment with BaptistCare's brand and purpose.

About You: You are a confident marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a customer first mindset. You will bring:
- Success delivering integrated campaigns that drive lead generation, conversion and growth
- Proven experience leading marketing teams across multiple products, locations or markets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and complex stakeholder relationships
- An ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations
- Outstanding communication, influencing and leadership skills
- Experience within retirement living, aged care, seniors living, property or a related sector will be highly regarded.
