Permanent part-time | Based in Preston, NSW. Available for afternoon shifts Monday to Friday from 11am to 6:00pm.

About the role: Located at Prestons, Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour care and support to residents. This is more than a Chef role. It’s a chance to create moments: comfort, celebration, and connection — through truly great food.

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $30.31 - $34.89/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

About you (the Chef we’re excited to meet):

You’re the kind of leader who brings standards + soul. You’ll also bring:

  • A recognised Commercial Cookery qualification (e.g., Cert III or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience cooking in a similar environment or restaurant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience applying HACCP principles.
  • Proven experience leading a team and setting a values-based culture.
  • A genuine desire to deliver an exceptional food experience.
