We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Engagement Centre Advisor to join our Customer Engagement team. As a trusted first point of contact for prospective BaptistCare customers, you will respond to enquiries, provide information about our services, and support customers, families and referrers through their decision-making journey. You will build strong relationships, manage follow-up activities, maintain accurate customer records, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems and making a genuine difference through outstanding customer service.

About you:

  • A Certificate III, degree or equivalent qualification in administration, or relevant experience within customer service, administration, aged care or community services.
  • Proven customer service skills and the ability to communicate with empathy, warmth and professionalism.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • The ability to learn and work effectively across multiple systems and databases.
  • Flexibility to work a 7.6-hour rostered shift between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Desirable:

  • Previous contact centre experience.
  • Knowledge or experience within aged care or community services.
  • At least three years’ experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • An understanding of the Australian aged care sector.
