We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Change Practitioner to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on a 12-month max-term (full-time) contract.

About the role: Reporting to the Change Lead, you will provide collaborative and proactive Change Management expertise supporting management and staff across our various operational divisions. Your specific change management expertise will enable you to influence change programs and projects throughout the organisation. Your ability to deliver pragmatic and structured change outcomes makes you a great candidate.

About you: To be considered, you will have:

  • Ideally tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design, Social Sciences or similar.
  • Demonstrable depth in using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce.
  • Expertise in production of change artefacts, documentation and materials as required.
  • Demonstrable ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies and practices, project management; a proven appetite for continued development of skill and expertise in such arenas.
  • Proven problem-solver and supporter of innovative and continuous improvement.
  • Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience.
  • Further relevant qualifications, such as in data and analytics, project management, strategy, or organisational psychology – desirable.
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and commitment to occasional travel.
