Your Role: BaptistCare Kularoo Centre is looking for Casual Catering staff to join our team, supporting residents through quality service and a commitment to respect, reliability, and care. If you’re reliable, motivated and passionate about caring for older people, we would love to hear from you.

About you: You will know the importance you play in residents' wellbeing and commit to meet the highest standards in hygiene, food service, and meal experience. This position is fast-paced, and successful applicants must have excellent time management skills along with an eye for detail. The successful applicant will be a team player who enjoys interacting with older people. You will need previous experience in kitchen and cleaning along with an understanding of work health and safety practices. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised and take on physically demanding tasks. Cafe experience desired.

Designed in a country homestead style, the well-loved centre provides 160 beds catering to all levels of care, including respite, Ageing in Place, dementia, and palliative care.
