About the Role
As a Care Service Employee at BaptistCare, you’ll be at the forefront of compassionate care, enabling residents to live well with dignity and purpose. You’ll build genuine connections, understand individual needs and routines, and provide respectful personal and daily care. From assisting with meals and hygiene to supporting activities that matter to each resident, your role is central to their wellbeing. You’ll also engage with technology to document care, support residents living with dementia, and uphold safety standards through WHS compliance and respectful workplace behaviours.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $31.13 - $34.59/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

You’re someone who:
- Holds a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Communicates clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues
- Is physically capable and tech-savvy, with a willingness to learn
- Understands and appreciates BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
- Is committed to safe, respectful, and high-quality care
