About the role

At BaptistCare, we’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Officer who takes pride in their work and wants to make a meaningful difference every day. With both full‑time and part‑time roles available, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality, teamwork, and genuine care for residents. As our Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for keeping our Macquarie Park sites operating smoothly and looking their best. You’ll support the Maintenance Team Leader with a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, gardening, inspections, and general property upkeep. Your work helps create safe, comfortable, and welcoming spaces that residents feel every single day.

In this role, you will:

  • Carry out physical inspections of buildings and grounds
