As a Lifestyle Officer, you will play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing, independence and enjoyment of residents at Shalom Centre. This permanent part‑time role (Wednesday and Thursday) focuses on delivering meaningful individual and group activities that reflect each person’s interests, goals and preferences. You will work closely with the Lifestyle Coordinator to plan, deliver and document lifestyle programs that support a positive quality of life. Your creativity, empathy and ability to build genuine relationships will help create a warm, engaging and supportive environment for the people who call Shalom Centre home.

- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (essential)
- Experience delivering lifestyle, recreation or wellbeing activities
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence with documentation
- A person‑centred approach and the ability to work collaboratively
- Availability to work Wednesdays and Thursdays
