About You:

Essential

CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar financial accounting role

Strong experience preparing full trial balance and reconciliations

Experience producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships

Experience with Technology One, AlayaCare or similar financial management systems and experience in aged care, health, community or Home Care environment is highly desirable.
