About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care Officer, the Business Support Lead provides high-level business, administrative and operational support to the Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care Leadership Team. This role is central to helping the team stay connected, organised and focused on delivering exceptional support and spiritual care across BaptistCare.

You are an experienced business support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

β’ Experience providing senior administrative or business support.
β’ Strong organisational, diary management and event coordination skills.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
β’ Confidence working with Microsoft Office and business systems.

β’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
